Who is the ESL Partners Network?
We are individuals, non-profit organizations, churches, and other groups who voluntarily come together to welcome and serve the growing international community in the greater Cincinnati area by providing free ESL services. This network is managed by IFC Cincy.
What is Our Vision?
It is our desire to assist internationals adjust to life in America by helping them develop better communication skills in the English language. It is our hope that by going through the English learning process in partnership with us new friendships and relationships are built. We want you to feel welcome in your new home and community.
